Bathroom Remodeling Case Studies In Arcadia & Brea, Pasadena, CA

33 sq. ft. Bathroom Remodel in Arcadia

Smaller bathrooms can look fantastic too. For this small bathroom in Arcadia, our client opted for porcelain hexagon floor tiles and a bigger shower. 

We removed the stainless steel shower frames and replaced them with a new shower glass enclosure that looks simple and elegant. The shower comes with rain shower head and pressuring body sprayer.

We also upgraded the vanity and sink, added new lighting fixtures, and closed off the space with a sliding farm door, which was perfect for this small bathroom.

This bathroom remodel was $18,282, where the most expensive item was the shower glass enclosure, at $2,400.

50 sq. ft. Bathroom Remodel In Brea

This bathroom project in Brea was a mid-sized bathroom that offered a little bit more room for creativity. The crowded shower tub and panel was replaced by a walk-in shower with custom 84″ high glass enclosure. The shower also came with a rain shower head and pressurized body sprayer.

For the floors, we went with a cream porcelain tile, and for the walls our client chose a luxurious large-sized porcelain tile. We refreshed the rest of the walls with new paint and replaced the toilet with a 2-in-1 warm air-dryer toilet/bidet.

This bathroom remodel was $32,412, where the most expensive item was the luxurious 24”x24”x3/8” porcelain tile, at $3,700.

84 sq. ft Master Bathroom Remodel in Brea

Here we have a larger bathroom with a gorgeous marble walk-in shower. We started by removing the old tub and shower and making room for an elegant freestanding tub with standing faucet.

The shower comes with a custom 84″ high shower glass enclosure, rain shower head with pressurized body spray, and 6 body massage pressure jets. The floor is all 12″x24″ gray porcelain tile, and the old toilet was replaced with an upgraded seat-warming toilet that’s also a bidet. 

This master bathroom remodel in Brea was $46,368, where the most expsneive item was the porcelain tile, at $4,179.

Kitchen Remodeling Case Studies In Pasadena, Glendale, And Arcadia, CA

Basic Kitchen Remodel In Arcadia

For this kitchen remodel, our clients wanted to keep their original cabinets, but paint them in a darker tone. We also added crown molding to the cabinets, and a new range hood.

Besides the repaint, the kitchen island also received an elegant waterfall countertop with a stainless steel sink.

The project also included new flooring, where we went with white oak LVP. 

This kitchen remodel was $42k, where the countertops and flooring were the most expensive item, at $11k.

Average Kitchen Remodel In Pasadena

We’re looking at a very contemporary kitchen, with full-height custom cabinets and large kitchen island.

The doors and drawers are all soft-close, cabinets come with under-cabinet lighting, and the countertops and backsplash are custom-made too.

To get this large kitchen space, we removed a wall between the living room and the kitchen. The project also included new appliances. 

This remodel was $77k, where the layout reconfiguration and appliances where the most expensive items, at $23k.

Premium Kitchen Remodel In Glendale

This is another large kitchen remodel that required wall reconfiguration to create an open-concept space. After bumping out the living room wall, we installed new hardwood floors, and designed the custom white shaker traditional cabinets.

The cabinets are full-height with crown molding, quartz countertops, and custom stone backsplash. 

The project also included building a kitchen island and purchasing appliances.

This bathroom remodel was $113k, where the custom cabinets were the most expensive item, at $34k.

2,000 sq. ft. Full Home Basic Remodel In Glendale

For this small home remodel we started with the living room, where we redesigned and rebuilt the fireplace. We used smooth elegant stone tile, installed a new firebox, and designed a custom hardwood mantle. 

We also remodeled the kitchen and one bathroom, as well as change the flooring throughout the entire home and update the lighting.

This remodel was $166k, where the most expensive item was the kitchen remodel, at $63k.

2,000 sq. ft. Full Home Intermediate Remodel In Arcadia

For this larger remodel we’re looking at a very modern space. We started with a wall reconfiguration to create the open-space feel. The living room with new flooring continues into the remodeled kitchen, which comes with full-height shaker style cabinets and custom kitchen island.

We also remodeled both bathrooms, installed new trim throughout, and repainted all rooms and the exterior of the house.

This home remodel was $272k, where the most expensive item was the kitchen remodel , at $67k.

2,000 sq. ft. Full Home Premium Remodel In San Marino

This home remodeling project also started with a wall reconfiguration to create room for a larger living area. After installing new flooring in the entire home, we remodeled the bedrooms, kitchens, and all bathrooms. Each room received new paint, new furniture, and new lighting fixtures.

To create extra space, we also built a one-room addition, complete with a small bathroom and kitchenette.

This home remodel and addition project was $413k, where the addition alone came in at $93k.

480 sq. ft. 1-Bedroom Addition In Glendale

This one-bedroom addition has everything one needs to live comfortably. The space has a full bedroom and living room/kitchen area, a complete bathroom, and a large walk-in closet.

The price included windows and doors, as well as painting and new LVP flooring. The addition is attached to the main house. 

This addition project was $87k, where the most expensive item was the framing, at $39k.

670 sq. ft. Detached Addition In San Marino

This larger addition was detached from the main house, which meant there was room for more upgrades. The space comes with a master bedroom with master bathroom, and a guest bedroom with bathroom.

There’s also a fully-equipped kitchen and living room area.

This detached addition was $189k, where the most expensive item was the framing, at $73k.

This large home addition can qualify as a house in itself. For this project we’re looking at one bedroom, one master bedroom, two bathrooms, and a fully-equipped kitchen.

The large living room opens up to a large deck, and the patio surrounding the addition was also included in the concept and build.

This addition was $263k, where the most expensive item was the framing, at $99k.

Commercial Remodeling Case Studies in Daly City, LA, and Pasadena, CA

Commercial Remodel For Megabud

This 900 sq. ft. commercial remodel in for Megabud in Daly City started with all-black walls with custom painting in their brand colors and logo mark, a cannabis leaf.

For the flooring, we went with new LVP planks in black color. We also designed new custom cabinets in brand-matching colors, and we coupled the reception desk with black polished countertops.

This commercial remodel project was quoted at $49,138, where the most expensive items were the custom cabinets and countertops, at $15,800.

Custom Millwork Installation for Caliva

This 990 sq. ft. commercial custom millwork for Caliva in LA started with new paint and a polishing their concrete flooring. 

Next, we designed and installed several custom millwork with glass showcases and custom lighting to highlight the products inside. The entire space looks clean and ready to receive customers.

The project was quoted at $123,975, where the most expensive item was the custom millwork, at $69,500.

Commercial Remodel For Harvest

For this 1,400 sq. ft. commercial remodel for Harvest in Pasadena a wall reconfiguration was the first thing on the list. We installed new ACT ceiling, painted the walls, and installed new flooring. The biggest item of this remodel was the custom millwork to showcase their products.

The project was quoted at $380,675, where the most expensive items was the custom millwork, at $104,250.
